If webmasters want to monetize their websites, the
great way to do it is through Adsense. There are lots
of webmasters struggling hard to earn some good money
a day through their sites. But then some of the
?geniuses? of them are enjoying hundreds of dollars a
day from Adsense ads on their websites. What makes
these webmasters different from the other kind is that
they are different and they think out of the box.
The ones who have been there and done it have quite
some useful tips to help those who would want to
venture into this field. Some of these tips have
boosted quite a lot of earnings in the past and is
continuously doing so.
Here are some 5 proven ways on how best to improve
your Adsense earnings.
1. Concentrating on one format of Adsense ad. The one
format that worked well for the majority is the Large
Rectangle (336X280). This same format have the
tendency to result in higher CTR, or the click-through
rates. Why choose this format out of the many you can
use? Basically because the ads will look like normal
web links, and people, being used to clicking on them,
click these types of links. They may or may not know
they are clicking on your Adsense but as long as there
are clicks, then it will all be for your advantage.
2. Create a custom palette for your ads. Choose a
color that will go well with the background of your
site. If your site has a white background, try to use
white as the color of your ad border and background.
The idea to patterning the colors is to make the
Adsense look like it is part of the web pages. Again,
This will result to more clicks from people visiting
your site.
3. Remove the Adsense from the bottom pages of your
site and put them at the top. Do not try to hide your
Adsense. Put them in the place where people can see
them quickly. You will be amazed how the difference
between Adsense locations can make when you see your
earnings.
4. Maintain links to relevant websites. If you think
some sites are better off than the others, put your
ads there and try to maintaining and managing them. If
there is already lots of Adsense put into that certain
site, put yours on top of all of them. That way
visitor will see your ads first upon browsing into
that site.
5. Try to automate the insertion of your Adsense code
into the webpages using SSI (or server side included).
Ask your web administrator if your server supports SSI
or not. How do you do it? Just save your Adsense code
in a text file, save it as ?adsense text?, and upload
it to the root directory of the web server. Then using
SSI, call the code on other pages. This tip is a time
saver especially for those who are using automatic
page generators to generate pages on their website.
These are some of the tips that have worked well for
some who want to generate hundreds and even thousands
on their websites. It is important to know though that
ads are displayed because it fits the interest of the
people viewing them. So focusing on a specific topic
should be your primary purpose because the displays
will be especially targeted on a topic that persons
will be viewing already.
Note also that there are many other Adsense sharing
the same topic as you. It is best to think of making a
good ad that will be somewhat different and unique
than the ones already done. Every clickthrough that
visitors make is a point for you so make every click
count by making your Adsense something that people
will definitely click on.
Tips given by those who have boosted their earnings
are just guidelines they want to share with others. If
they have somehow worked wonders to some, maybe it can
work wonders for you too. Try them out into your ads
and see the result it will bring.
If others have done it, there is nothing wrong trying
it out for yourself.

The Vital Few
by: Paul Lemberg
Back in the 19th century, an Italian economist quantified the general relationship between a minority of producers and a majority of output. Sound familiar? The simplified version of Vilfredo Pareto's ratio, known as the 80/20 rule or the Pareto Principle, says that in most cases, 80% of production comes from 20% of producers.
Quality guru J.M. Juran referred to Pareto's principle as "The Vital Few and the Trivial Many". If you are running a company the 80/20 rule has powerful implications for every area of your business.
Pareto's postulate says 20% of your effort will generate 80% of your results. There is also a corollary: 20% of your results absorb 80% or your resources or efforts.
The game is knowing which is the right 20% - distinguishing the Vital Few from The Trivial Many. 20% of your customers yield 80% or your revenues, and 20% of your customers yield 80% of your profit. But not necessarily...

Small Prints Matter
by: Florie Lyn Masarate
What is the main purpose in getting your work printed? The purpose is for others to read them and get something out of them. By getting something out of these prints, there lies the basis for your printing job to become the success that you have intended it to be. Business wise, these prints are the money generators that these owners have the great need for. The smallest of printing material can make phenomenal revenues.
Postcards, even in their tiniest sense, can be the best source of keeping the income coming into a business or a company. The purpose in sending postcards into your prospective customers is to make money than the money you spend in the mailing of these cards. If you think you would not profit from this, the probability is you will not send it in the first place. Then there is also the fact that the more creative and beautiful your postcard is, the more response it will bring than those...

Sweep Away Colic Baby Crying with White Noise
by: Cherie Stirewalt
It doesn?t make sense does it?
You do everything possible as a new parent to keep your baby healthy and happy.
So why is it, your baby decides to start screaming inconsolably right around dinner time?
Just when you need it least.
Ask yourself?
If you?ve answered yes to the above questions, you might have a baby with colic.
Colic is the diagnosis many pediatricians tag on a baby who is otherwise healthy and thriving, but follows the ?Rule of Threes? as stated above.
A colic baby has episodes of inconsolable crying beginning around the 3rd week of life, lasting...
The Universal Law of Attraction Never, Ever Goes On Strike
by: Steve Bailey
There are numerous sources on the store bookshelves and the
Internet that cover the topic of how our Consciousness shapes our reality through thought and feeling.
.. and it's easy to glaze over it when you've read it over
and over:
Like Attracts Like, and staying focused on a single goal gets you to that goal.
And what eventually happens after reading enough material on this, is that this constant re-hash of this principle of The Law Of
Attraction can start to blur on your scale of importance.
It just loses its position on your radar.
You might then make the mistake of seeing these Universal
principles as merely:
Inspirational and Feel-Good. The
new ideas then start sounding old, and they get relegated to
merely being something that promote a "Positive Attitude"

How To Conceal Your Website's "Fingerprint" From The Search Engines
How To Conceal Your Website's "Fingerprint" From The Search Engines
by: Satyajeet Hattangadi
The internet marketing industry is now flooded with various page and portal generators.
In the good old days the gateway page generators did very well, earning a lot of money for many people.
Then the search engines began to crack down on robot-generated pages, a trend which has led to the demise of such tools.
But how is it that the search engines are able to track down these sites so fast?
Well, its not rocket science. Believe me, even you could track down a site within minutes if you knew how to find its fingerprint.
A fingerprint for a site is usually a piece of text or a paragraph or at times a particular CSS style that the software repeats for all the sites it generates.
In fact that's why I always advise customers of my portal generation software Niche Portal Builder (http://www.novasoft-inc.net)...

Time To Say Goodbye To Submission Software?
Time To Say Goodbye To Submission Software?
by: Paul Fisher
It?s generally agreed in SEM circles that search engine submission is dead, or at least mass-submission is dead.
Firstly, there are only a handful of engines left that are real traffic generators and, secondly, this handful would prefer to find your site than have it forced down their neck.
So can someone tell me why are there still submission software titles being sold?
Well, someone did tell me.
I recently exchanged a series of emails with Michael Kovnick of Cyberspace HQ, the company behind Addweb, and it provided me with the ideal opportunity to discuss the submission software debate.
The latest version of Addweb claims to ?Submit your website to thousands of search engines instantly?.
Now any SEM professional will know that many of these ?search engines? will be nothing more than link farms, and the automated submission of websites to...
